Returns
All custom products & commission paint jobs from Crasheur Customs are made to order. Custom Ordered Products such as Custom Pivot Bindings and DIN Windows ARE NOT eligible for returns or refunds. Included in the final price is a sourcing fee for ski equipment. Upon disassembly for customization, all manufacturer warranties are voided.
If you are unsatisfied with an item purchased (non-custom products) from crasheur.com, we accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item has not been used and the original products are packaged how they were received.
Please contact us at returns@crasheur.com to receive full instructions before returning your product back to us. You can expect a full refund on product(s) purchased minus a 3% credit card fee. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or there was an error in the original shipment.
Returns will be refunded to your credit card within 7 to 14 days from the day we receive the returned gear. In some cases, it may take an additional 2 weeks to be visible on your credit card statement.
We recommend using a carrier that can provide you with tracking information to assist with a faster return.

Warranty & Legal Details
We ski hard and want the best performance from our equipment while also having the style we want. Due to the customization process, all products must be disassembled to meet our standards of paint production and best quality finish. Because of this process, all ski bindings are void of any manufacturer warranty from Look Pivot & Group Rossignol USA.
Crasheur Customs Limited Warranty
Crasheur Customs LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer a limited warranty on a case-by-case basis. This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship arising from the custom paint process performed by Crasheur Customs and does not extend to damage caused by use, impact, or improper handling.
What’s Not Covered

Cosmetic damage, including chips, scratches, or wear caused by mounting ski bindings onto skis or normal skiing use.

Wear & tear from regular use, including paint abrasion where metal edges contact painted surfaces.

Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or alterations by parties other than Crasheur Customs.
Wear & Tear Notice
Expect durability on par with factory Look paint. Cerakote is extremely tough, but paint and metal edges will wear over time. Crasheur Customs is not responsible for any paint damage from regular skiing. If you want them to stay pristine, they may be better suited as display pieces.

By purchasing custom-painted equipment from Crasheur Customs LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Warranty Voidance: The process of customization requires disassembly of the original product. As a result, any and all manufacturer and seller warranties on the product are immediately voided.
Customized Equipment: The customized products you receive are considered unique, one-of-a-kind art pieces. Due to the nature of customization, these products may have altered physical or functional characteristics from the original product.
Assumption of Risk: By using customized equipment, you assume full responsibility for any and all risks associated with the use of the product, including, but not limited to, any changes in performance, durability, or safety. Crasheur Customs LLC shall not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from the use of customized equipment.
No Liability: Crasheur Customs LLC expressly disclaims any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of customized products.
Acceptance of Terms: By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with the purchase.
